Miley Cyrus reportedly sees wedding bells in the future with her ex Liam Hemsworth, and the "Wrecking Ball" singer's recent breakup from Patrick Schwarzenegger opens the door for that to happen.
According to the report from tabloid Life & Style, Miley Cyrus has allegedly been telling her friends that "she's planning a wedding" with Liam Hemsworth.
"Miley never stopped loving him, and held out hope that they would get back together," the source claimed.
Rumors about Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth getting back together started last month when the former couple, who were engaged to marry before their split, were again hanging out.
NY Daily News ran an article alleging that Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth were spotted at the exclusive Soho House in West Hollywood.
Now that Patrick Schwarzenegger is out of the picture, there's no more hindrance to a reunion, the report claimed.
"Liam's single and he's always loved Miley. He was texting her last week," the source said.
The report about the former couple hanging out to the wedding plans wasn't confirmed by any of the rep by Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth.
However, the source told Life & Style that the wedding plans appeared to be one-sided as Liam Hemsworth has no such intention. As the source alleged, "They're not on the same page at all. She's ready for him to propose again and he thinks they're just hooking up."
Meanwhile, in an interview with Time Miley Cyrus said she's not looking to hook up with another guy after her split from Patrick Schwarzenegger.
"It has a lot to do with being a feminist, but I'm finally okay with being alone," Cyrus, 22, told the mag. "I think that's something we have to talk about more: that you can be alone."
Patrick Schwarzenegger's ex explained, "There are times in my life where I've had boyfriends or girlfriends. And there are times where I just love being with myself and don't want to give part of myself away to someone else ..."
"I think that's a new freedom for women, especially. I don't know that my mother would have been able to be 22 and secure in being alone. But my future doesn't rely on having a partner."
