“Dance Moms” star Maddie Ziegler has just landed a role on “Pretty Little Liars.” The 12-year-old dance prodigy is set to visit Rosewood in the upcoming episode called “She’s No Angel” set to air on June 30.
Maddie Ziegler sure is making a name for herself these days. After starring in a trilogy of Sia videos, "Chandelier," "Elastic Heart" and "Big Girls Cry" she is now ready to try out her acting chops in the ABC Family series "Pretty Little Liars."
Troian Bellisario (Spencer) took to Instagram to share a creepy photo of herself seemingly dressed as a ghost beside the dancer with the caption:
"Number 1 reason to come into work today. I get to be a creepfest with the insanely talented and awesome @madisonziegler1313 (I know. I know. you're so jealous)"
Ziegler also posted the same photo and captioned it:
"It's a dream come true that I got to work with the most incredible person!! And yes I know, we're haunting."
In a separate post, the "Dance Moms" star also thanked "So You Think You Can Dance" choreographer Travis Wall for coming up with a dance routine that was "so cool but creepy at the same time." By the looks of it, it seems like Bellisario and Ziegler could be sharing a dance when "Pretty Little Liars" season 6 returns.
Ashley Benson also posted a photo with Ziegler that read, "This little cutie @madisonziegler1313"
In a recent interview, Maddie Ziegler revealed that she has always wanted to try acting.
"I'd love to be on scripted TV shows and movies, but not just one-I want to be in a lot of them! I'd also love to sing, and possibly be on Broadway. I want to do it all," she shared.
People speculated that Ziegler was "playing a ghost girl, a younger version of Spencer (Bellisario), another Charles hostage or "A."
"Pretty Little Liars" season 6 returns on June 2 at 8 p.m. on ABC Family.
