Destiny player rejoice! Petra Venj, the Queen's Wrath, has returned to the game with an array of brand new bounties just before the arrival of "House of Wolves" next week.
While Destiny fans eagerly wait for a long coming patch ahead of the first-person shooter game's second DLC, "The House of Wolves" coming on May 19, Bungie is working on the usual fixes and also adding new content alongside for fans to experience.
In a bid to prep for the event, Bungie has given a huge patch ahead of the arrival of House of Wolves.
While the biggest quality of life changes achieved with the new patch are for the Crucible. Competing in the PvP mode yields doubled rewards across the boards, more marks, more engrams, and the like, thus making PvP a much more workable gear-grinding path than it was earlier, according to reports on Forbes.
That being said, the most exciting thing that's been added into the game ahead of the much-anticipated House of Wolves is the return of The Queen's Wrath.
The initial Queen's Wrath was not a very successful attempt for Destiny to try and add a rotating PvE event that made appearance in the game every so often. However, rewards were uncertain, and somewhat dull, and also the bounties offered were quite ordinary.
But things seem to have drastically changed now, as Queen's Wrath has apparently been tweaked and transformed into something of a puzzle.
Petra Venj, the Queen's Wrath has returned and she possesses a wide range of new bounties that offers the chance to use the House of Wolves equivalent to the Blades of Crota public even weapon drop from "The Dark Below."
But that's not all; Inquisitr noted that the doors to the special event area where Lord Saladin appears for the Iron Banner have now opened. Petra Venj and her ship have appeared again after her single appearance following the launch of Destiny last Sept. This seems to be only a limited time event.
The Queen's Emissary, Petra has three bounties available at the moment, all all three task players with hunting down a Fallen foe who has offended the Queen in some way. Guardians are expected to hunt these bad guys in two locations on Earth, and one on Venus.
Regardless Destiny players have purchased "House of Wolves" or not, they can pick up siz different bounties from Petra currently.
The bounties are as follows:
Wanted: Beltric, The Veiled - Hunt Beltric, the Veiled in Ember Caves on Venus
Wanted: Peekis, The Disavowed - Hunt Peekis, the Disavowed in the Citadel on Venus
Wanted: Kalkis-12 - Hunt Kalkis-12 in the Cosmodrome's Skyfuckwatch
Wanted: Weksis, The Meek - Hunt Weksis, The Meek near Archer's Line on the Moon
Wanted: Drevis, Wolf Baroness - Hunt Drevis, Wolf Barness near the Cosmodrome's Forgotten Shore
Although not all bounties are immediately available, each of these bounties reward 250 reputation points towards the Queen's Wrath and a total of 4,500 experience overall in the "House of Wolves."
