Bryan Singer posted on his Instagram a selfie with both Jennifer Lawrence and Nicholas Hoult. He wrote, "Back with the #thekidsinthehall #jenniferlawrence #mystique #nicholashoult #beast #Xmen #XMenApocalypse."
"Exes Jennifer Lawrence and Nicholas Hoult were together again, but strictly for work purposes," said Daily Mail. "On Thursday, the 24-year-old Oscar winning actress was shooting scenes from the upcoming X-Men: Apocalypse film, which will be her last as Mystique in the franchise."
But it's no surprise that these two former lovebirds would be okay with each other's presence as they separated last year on good terms.
"They spent a lot of time apart because of work, and it was difficult on their relationship," a source told E! News, adding that the split was "very amicable."
It was the second split between Jennifer Lawrence and Nicholas Hoult as they reunited in 2013 after a few months of being apart.
Meanwhile, Jennifer Lawrence is reportedly happier now that she's dating Chris Martin.
According to People article, Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin "have been spending a lot of time together" after the "Hunger Games" actress has come back from Massachusetts after filming "Joy."
The synopsis for "Joy" reads, "The story is inspired by the life and times of inventor entrepreneur Joy Mangano (Jennifer Lawrence), creator of Ingenious Designs with over $1 billion in sales, as well as inspired by elements from the lives of other historic business pioneers."
"He's made an effort to get to know her friends," the source, adding, "He always makes Jen feel beautiful."
Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin, however, have not publicly acknowledged that they are dating although they have been photographed several times. The Coldplay frontman's split from Gwyneth Paltrow just became official after she filed for divorce. They have two children together.
