Bruce Jenner has reportedly underwent a sex change surgery which now makes him a woman.

According to Radar Online, the sex change surgery happened about three weeks ago and the former Olympian is only recovering from the gender reassignment procedure.

The source claimed, "The procedure involved reshaping Bruce's male genitalia into that of a woman. He was very happy with the results, but didn't realize how grueling the recovery would be."

The source claimed that the surgery lasted for about eight hours.

"Bruce is officially, and for all legal purposes, considered a woman," the source added. "Bruce's kids have never seen him so happy. They just wish he would publicly start living as a woman, but contractually, he has to keep it under wraps until the docuseries premieres."

During his tell-all interview with Diane Sawyer late last month, Bruce Jenner finally addressed all the sex change rumors when he confessed that for "all intents and purposes," he is a woman trapped in a man's body.

In the episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians: About Bruce," Kris Jenner expressed her frustration about being lied to for about two decades regarding the former Olympian's urge to become a woman.

Kris Jenner revealed that she knew he likes to dress as a woman but it's a long road for Bruce Jenner as a cross-dresser to become a full-on woman by undergoing a sex change surgery.

Kim Kardashian, whom Bruce Jenner credited for being so supportive, spoke about her stepdad's sex change plans.

"I think Bruce is afraid to let us down. We want to understand his struggle. We want to learn about it, relate to it in some way," she said. "I think what hurts us when we hear something is changing and happening and we don't know about it. We want to be in the loop."
