Country star Keith Urban went out of his comfort zone as he collaborated with R&B singer Jason Derulo as divorce rumors with Nicole Kidman continue.
The new track is called "Broke" and even the great Stevie Wonder contributed to the song.
According to Taste of Country, Keith Urban can be heard playing the banjo in "Broke" while Stevie Wonder played the harmonica.
"The toe-tapping anthem blends country flavor into hip-hop to deliver the message: 'More money, more problems / So I'd rather be broke.' The track is a part of the project Derulo plans to deliver on June 2 titled Everything is 4," it said.
Jason Derulo has apparently been dabbling in country music as he appeared at the CMT Music Awards and shared a stage with Florida Georgia Line last year.
Keith Urban is set to perform at the 2015 Taste of Country Music Festival this month and also released a video for the track, "Come Back to Me." He's also going to be part of the last season of "American Idol."
While his career is thriving, his marriage to Nicole Kidman is constantly being hounded by divorce rumors.
According to the latest issue of Star Magazine, per Celebrity Dirty Laundry, Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman are allegedly on trial separation.
The source told the tabloid, "Keith will be on tour for most of the summer, and when he finishes that in October, she will still be in London - totally immersed in her theater work. They were both supposed to take time off in the fall so that they could spend time together as a family. But instead Nicole decided to sign on for a hard-core and time-consuming job. It's a bad sign."
"They are at the end of their rope with all of the bickering and bitterness," the tabloid added.
