Alicia Florrick wouldn't have been caught with her underwear showing, but "The Good Wife" actress Julianna Margulies can rock the look during a red carpet event at the CFDA Fashion Awards in New York City.

"With a wide smile, the Good Wife actress displayed her panties under a very sheer Michael Kors gown as she posed for red carpet photos," noted Daily Mail. "The Golden Globe winner's dress was slate grey and featured shimmering caviar-beaded embellishments."

According to E! News, "The Good Wife" actress was not the only celebrity who flashed the world.

"The Good Wife star joins a long list of stars who turned the red carpet into a panty party, including Natalie Portman, who is another celeb that recently flaunted her underwear on the carpet when she wore a stunning see-through Rodarte dress at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival," it said.

By contrast, Julianna Margulies' character Alicia Florrick wouldn't have been caught with her pants down, so to speak, and that's all thanks to Daniel Lawson, the costume designer for "The Good Wife."

"What is wrong with being feminine and strong?" My feeling is that power dressing is not about the clothes looking powerful as much as it is bout the clothing making the wearer feel powerful," he told InStyle magazine.

Meanwhile, the 48-year-old wore a very simple black jumpsuit during the premiere of "Odd Mom Out" at the Florence Gould Hall in New York. This time, "The Good Wife" actress opted to accessorize in the form of her husband, Keith Lieberthal, who is a lawyer by profession much like her character, Alicia Florrick.

"The mother-of-one showed off her flawless complexion with a natural make-up palette and beamed widely, showing off her pearly whites," said the British publication.

"Keith looked handsome in a white shirt and dark suit and held his beautiful spouse of seven years close as they posed for photos together," it added.
