On the most recent episode of the popular homemade food show 'Mr. Baek The Homemade Food Master,' which aired this week, chef Baek Jong Won taught his students tips and know-hows on how to make Korean curry. He said two secrets to making delicious curry is first to cut the vegetables evenly using a kitchen tool. When all ingredients are cut and ready, he said to caramelize the onions until they turn light brown. Caramelizing the onions will add to the smell of the curry in addition to giving curry that sweetness from the onions, according to chef Baek Jong Won.
