MBC's historical drama Dr. Jin will start airing in Japan.
It was recently announced that “Dr. Jin” will start airing on Hallyu channel DATV starting in May 25th.
DATV uploaded its web page and let viewers know that they will be able to see the drama with Japanese subtitles soon.
The drama that stars Song Seung Hun, Lee Min Young, JYJ's Kim Jaejoong, and Lee Beom Soo started on May and finished in august in Korea with 22 episodes. It talked about a renown doctor in the present, who travels back in time to Joseon Dysnasty, after removing a tumor from a patient, he then meets a woman who looks like his fiancee, and those two are somehow connected.
The drama already has a good following, even before beginning. Both Song Seung Hun, and JYJ's Kim Jaejoong have a big amount of fans, therefore fans can't wait to see them on their TVs.
Besides, Japan, the drama has been sold to Taiwan and Singapore which will air the drama in April 1st.
The drama is based on Japanese manhwa named “Jin” which was already brought to the smalls screen in a Japanese drama with the same name. Of course many changes were made to “Dr. Jin” to give it a Korean feel to it.
