"Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare" PC and PlayStation players rejoice! Activision announced that its newest DLC "Supremacy" will now be available across all platforms after first hitting the Xbox 360 and Xbox One last month.
Activision announced the newest DLC pack for its hit first-person shooter video game going live for PC and PlayStation users, allowing PC and PS3, PS4 users to finally catch up with the rest of the Xbox players of "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare."
According to records on VG 24/7, the latest DLC for Advanced Warfare owners is currently available for everyone. The DLC first became available for the Xbox 360 as well as Xbox One on Thursday, June 2. The new content not only adds four brand new maps to the multiplayer arena, but also brings an all new entry in the Exo Zombies saga, that previously starred John Malkovich and now stars Bruce Campbell.
Check out the detailed breakdown of the new multiplayer maps courtesy of Activision:
"Parliament: Docked on the River Thames, this military cargo ship delivers a view of the London cityscape along with a fast-paced combat experience. Mixed site-lines provide opportunities for all styles of play to dominate this medium-sized map.
Kremlin: Gamers must prepare for intense combat in Red Square. Secure elevated positions to give the team a strategic advantage, or use exoskeleton capabilities to avoid being caught in the minefield that activates mid-match.
Compound: Players take combat preparation to the limit in an Atlas training facility hidden away in the Colorado wilderness, as they'll have to be quick on the trigger in this small, symmetrical map, which funnels high-speed combat through tight corners to the main tower structures.
Skyrise: Players deploy to an Atlas Skyscraper overlooking the Acropolis in Athens, Greece. Based on the fan-favorite Highrise, from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 by Infinity Ward, this map brings new exoskeleton mechanics to the classic multiplayer layout. Gamers must dominate the power positions in the center of this small-to-medium sized map to control the key navigation points."
Most the maps are small and combat, in keeping with the "Call of Duty" modus operandi. However, Kremlin does offer some expansive segments with the map in order to snipe enemies and take the reins from a distance.
Skyrise also departs from the usual "Call of Duty" multiplayer trait allowing players to fight atop a roof where there is an office building attached so players can dig out and shoot up the office while simultaneously battling across the cold skyrise for supremacy, CinemaBlend noted.
Supremacy is the third of the four expansions in the making for "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare."
