Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden are already dishing out advice on a happy marriage as Joel Madden and Nicole Richie are reportedly heading for divorce.

According to Radar Online, Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden are doing an intervention now that his twin brother and her BFF are having their own marriage troubles.

The source claimed, "Cam has persuaded Nicole to stop her divorce proceedings for now. Ever since Cam got married, Nicole's been turning to her for advice."

But Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden have not really overstepped their bounds when they are playing marriage gurus, and it's only right that the "Sex Tape" actress should step in.

"Diaz and Richie were friends long before Richie introduced Diaz to Joel's twin brother Benji, but while Diaz and Benji appear to have been in wedded bliss since getting married six months ago, things have been more rocky for Richie and Joel, who have been married four years," the article said.

The rumors have been flying that Joel Madden has hit a rough patch in his relationship with Nicole Richie. Accordingly, the couple listed their home for $4.5 million amid the divorce rumors.

"It's unknown when the 6,300-square-foot house was put on the market, however its timing has raised eyebrows," said Page Six.

"There are numerous headlines and murmurs that the couple, whose marriage bore two children - Harlow, 7, and Sparrow, 5 - are headed toward divorce," the article added.

Radar Online added that Benji Madden "is also reportedly lending a hand in the effort to keep his brother's family together, telling him to hang in there for the sake of the couple's children, seven-year-old Harlow, and five-year-old Sparrow. But it may take some dedication."

Benji Madden has reportedly advised his twin brother to take time off to focus on family, just like what Cameron Diaz recently decided to do, reportedly to start a family.
