MBC's “Level 7 Civil Servant” wasn’t able overcome KBS' “IRIS 2” and finished up in the third place with single digits for its ending.
On March 28th, “Level 7 Civil Servant” was able to rise its ratings, but it wasn’t enough to get double digits. The drama recorded a 8.4% which is 0.9% more than the night before.
On this night, the drama came to a happy end, but not before Kim Seo Won getting kidnapped by Woo Jin to revealed the location of Kim Won Suk (Ahn Nae Sang), where Kim Won Suk apologizes to Woo Jin for the things they did to their parents. Go Do Ha finally understands and likes Kim Sun Mi back, and Hang Gil Ro and Kim Seo Won, who were sent to different locations, reunite together for a picture-perfect ending.
SBS' “That Winter, The Wind Blows” was again the number one drama is this time slot, scoring 15.1% which was 0.4% more than the night before, and was able to brake out of the 14 percentage.
On this night, Oh Soo and Oh Young continue to miss each other, as they shear tears, every time, they think about each other. Oh Soo calls and even follows Oh Young, but she is keeping her distance. Moo Chul (Kim Tae Woo) says goodbye to his few friends, and dies lonely in a street. Everything is getting prepared for Oh Young's surgery, but she plays everyone out into thinking she is actually going to get surgery, and was able to be home by herself. She calls Oh Soo as form to say goodbye, and proceeds to commit suicide.
KBS' “IRIS 2” came in second again, and scored double-digit ratings of 10.3% which is 0.7% more than the night before.
On this night, Baek San(Kim Young Chul) tells Choi Min (Oh Yeon Soo), the big secret of where the nuclear weapons were, and hints that will take revenge on IRIS. After a bloody gunfight that left Ji Soo Yeon's brother dead, Yoo Gun was able to finally eliminate Rey (David McInnis).
Sadly, “Level 7 Civil Servant” was not able to record double-digit ratings on its last episode, and was left to be in the bottom of the list on its ending. “Level 7 Civil Servant” will be replaced by “When A Man Falls In Love.”
Next week “That Winter, The Wind Blows” will end its very successful run and we will see if the drama will be able to brake its rating records. The drama will end on April 3rd, as it only had one episode to air.
