Is Jon Snow is coming back for "Game of Thrones" season 6?
British actor Kit Harington fueled speculations that his character, who was stabbed by his fellow Night Watch brothers in the season 5 finale, is coming back to the HBO series.
"At least, that's what fans are praying for after spotting Kit Harington sporting the Lord Commander's signature hairstyle at Wimbledon on Thursday," Daily Mail said.
"The 28-year-old rocked up to Centre Court on day four of the tournament looking very dapper in a suit, shirt and tie," it added. "But it was the actor's long black curls and scraggy beard that had GOT fans gushing on Twitter."
Events at the "Game of Thrones" have caught with the novels, which is why fans have been urging George R. R. Martin to rush the release date for "Winds of Winter."
TVLine said that it's up in the air whether or not Jon Snow will come back for "Game of Thrones" season 6.
"There are any number of ways he could return to the living - Melisandre arriving at the Wall just before his death couldn't have been a coincidence - and many distraught fans are choosing to see Harington's luscious locks as a sign of hope. (He reportedly got a haircut shortly after filming the finale)," the report said.
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Kit Harinton said that he doesn't know whether Jon Snow is coming back for "Game of Thrones" season 6 but he knew that his character will die this season.
"I kind of knew it was coming. I didn't read [George R.R. Martin's novel] A Dance with Dragons. But I read the other books and I had heard this is what happens. So I had an inkling it should be this season. I didn't realize it would be the final shot of the season and that made it extra special," he said.
