Rumors about Tom Cruise purportedly dating his 22-year-old assistant Emily has been going on for weeks. Many have found Tom Cruise's alleged attraction to Emily particularly interesting because she purportedly looks a lot like his ex-wife, Katie Holmes.

According to Daily Mail, Tom Cruise was spotted alongside her rumored girlfriend on the set of his upcoming movie "Mena" in Atlanta, Georgia. During a break from shooting, the actor posed for pictures with admirers while Emily patiently waited and looked on.

Back when Tom Cruise was shooting "Mission: Impossible 5" in November, Us Weekly reported that the actor has already been crushing on Emily.

"He's always flirting with her," a source reportedly said. "Most people on the film have noticed how into her he is. He's already asked Emily to go out to dinner with him, on a date, when they're done shooting."

There are also rumors that the 22-year-old brunette is allegedly open to the philosophies of Scientology, possibly making her connection with the actor natural and easy-going.

"You know his assistant is cool with all the crazy Scientology talk, since she agreed to be his assistant," Celeb Dirty Laundry reported.

"Tom probably thinks that's his cue to go hit on any female, so long as she's not scared by his cult-like religious affiliations. One can only hope that this Emily doesn't feel pressured into dating Tom, even though Hollywood pressure will probably force her hand on that one."
