The KBS 2 TV entertainment program 'Superman Returns' Choo Sarang's mother and Japanese model Yano Shiho shared a picture of herself working out on her abs with a trainer.

Earlier this month, Yano Shiho posted on her Instagram account a picture of herself working out with a trainer's help. She said on the post, "Body make," and shared a picture of herself stretching her body with help of a trainer. In the photos, she showed off her slim waist and healthy figure. In related news, on the most recent episode of the KBS 2 TV entertainment program 'Superman Returns,' Yano Shiho invited the other mothers to Japan for a day of fun. The popular KBS 2 TV entertainment program 'The Return of the Superman' tells a story of celebrities and their children. In addition to actor Song Il Gook and his triplets Dae Han, Min Gook, and Man Sae, MMA Choo Sung Hoon and his daughter Choo Sa Rang, singer Tablo of Epik High and his daughter Haru, and comedian Lee Hwi Jae and his twin sons also star in the show.
