The autopsy findings on the cause of Bobbi Kristina' Brown's death would be challenging for the prosecutors hoping to pin down boyfriend Nick Gordon for murder.

The initial statement from the Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office, published on E! News, revealed that the time that had elapsed during the incident when she was found lying facedown in a tub on Jan. 31 "will complicate reconstruction of the events surrounding her initial unresponsiveness."

The statement added, "Interpretation of autopsy findings and other information will also be challenging. However, an autopsy could be helpful to address questions which may arise about the cause of her unresponsiveness and eventual death."

However, an update report from E! claimed that the Medical Examiner's Office already completed the initial report on the autopsy and it showed "no significant injuries" that could have contributed to Bobbi Kristina Brown's death.

"No previously unknown medical conditions that could have contributed to death were identified. Additional laboratory testing will be performed. Subpoenas have been issued to obtain needed documentary information," it said.

"We do not plan to complete the death certificate or determine a cause and manner of death until all test results are completed and all investigative, medical, and other documentary records are received and thoroughly reviewed. We anticipate that these processes will take several weeks," the statement added.

Meanwhile, Bobbi Kristina Brown's cousin, Jerod, revealed that prior to the incident and her death, Whitney Houston's daughter had plans of marrying Nick Gordon and having his baby.

"Brown said his cousin Bobbi Kristina Brown's 'ultimate mission in life was to have a family. She always wanted to have kids and she was planning a wedding.' Although Bobbi Kristina and Nick Gordon referred to themselves as husband and wife on social media, they had not officially wed," said Celebrity Dirty Laundry.

Bobbi Kristina Brown's death was announced on Sunday, just three years after Whitney Houston expired in a bathtub of the Beverly Hills Hotel.
