Just days before The Taken King expansion debuts on "Destiny," developer Bungie has a treat for players of the hit first-person shooter.

After bungie nerfed the Gjallarhorn last week, the move stirred conversations among fans. However, this may not change even with the new guns that are slated to land in "Destiny." In fact, it won't be a surprise if the new guns actually fuel another round of discussions among players.

Bungie in its latest update gave a to-the-point backgrounder regarding the type of new weapons by launching three product lines in the game. Further completing the illustrations are "sample concept art pieces for the gun," per International Business Times.

The three product lines for the weapons have their own "thrust in weapon-making and focus in terms of the weapons' contribution in the battle against the Taken."

The Hakke weapons possess stable base stats that facilitate in upgrading the weapon. As far as battle capabilities are concerned, the Hakke weapons are extremely offensive and tactical.

The Omolong range of weapons, on the other hand, are lighter, offering behavioral perks instead of stat-based.

Suros focuses more on adaptability and customizability of the weapons in battle, thus making them ideal on the battlefield. This is possible owing to the ability to change the weapon stats as opposed to others. In addition, it can swap nodes and efficiently alter its range.

Bugie took the wraps off the designs of some of the weapons including the Hakke Pulse Rifle, The Suros Auto Rifle and Rocket Launcher that will be unleashed against Oryx and his working party.

In the company's blog post, community manager David "DeeJ" Dague hinted that players can expect more art from the "latest destinations set to be added in The Taken King."

"Creating the weapons you wield, the aliens you destroy, and the places you explore starts with imagination and inspiration," DeeJ noted.

DeeJ explained that creating the weapons players employ, the aliens they kill as well as the place they explore all starts with "imagination and inspiration."

"Coming soon, we'll share more portfolios from the World Art Team," DeeJ added.

More details regarding the future of the Bungie Bounty, which is slated to make its comeback later this week was revealed. The Bungie Bounty, according to DeeJ, is being reanimated and the studio is all set to "bring along some friends" while "putting a price on their heads."

Bungie has previously claimed that "Destiny" is here to stay for at least ten years as the game continues to evolve throughout the console cycle. That said, whether or not Bungie will be able to keep fans interested that long is yet to be seen.
