Charlize Theron is focused family now that she already has two children after the recent breakup with Sean Penn.

E! News confirmed that the "Mad Max: Fury Road" actress finished the adoption process for an African-American baby girl whom she named August, despite the infant being born in July. Charlize Theron already has another adopted son, 3-year-old Jackson.

"We're told Theron worked with an adoption agency for 6 months to seal the deal. The child, an African-American girl, was born in the United States. Charlize took custody of the newborn in July," TMZ added.

The actress still has not issued any statement regarding her second adopted child, but she did talk about the process of adoption to "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" and what it felt like after bringing Jackson home.

"My mom said the most beautiful thing. I'm going to cry. She said...'It took me nine months to fall in love with you while you were growing in my stomach.' She's like, 'It took you two years to fall in love with this little baby,'" she told the comedian.

"It really took two years of just waiting and then one day it's finally there. It just feels exactly how it's supposed to feel. I don't know how to describe it. It just feels right," she added.

In June, Charlize Theron split with Sean Pean after reports of their engagement were splashed all over the news.

"According to sources, they stayed under separate roofs: Theron and son Jackson remained at their Hollywood home and Penn at his Malibu mansion, which he had put up for sale but recently pulled off the market," said People.

"They backed out of at least one scheduled event together before Theron headed to London to film The Huntsman."

The breakup also came on the heels of Charlize Theron's interview with Elle UK where he called Sean Penn the "love of my life."
