After quitting One Direction, Zayn Malik reportedly ended her two-year engagement with Little Mix singer Perrie Edwards who is reportedly trying to cope by burying herself in work.

On Monday, Perrie Edwards was snapped in a bikini with members of Little Mix, Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Ann Pinnock and Jade Thrilwall, as they got a little bit of tan in the pool of their Los Angeles lodge.

Daily Mail noted, "The pretty blonde showed off her slim physique in a patterned halter neck bikini which she teamed with round mirrored sunglasses, as she milled around the pool.

"The star was noticeably not wearing her engagement ring which she had been sporting at LAX just hours before, with Little Mix's trip Stateside coming as news breaks about Perrie's shock split from fiancé Zayn," it added.

According to People, Perrie Edwards took comfort in the arms of her Little Mix bandmates after the end of her engagement to Zayn Malik because the split left her "devastated."

The 22-year-old singer is also trying to focus on her work to forget the heartbreak.

"She's been putting on a brave face, as Little Mix have had promotion to do, but she's obviously devastated," the insider alleged. "Perrie's being supported by her bandmates, but she's really in pieces about this."

Us Weekly alleged that Perrie Edwards had put up with so much before ending the engagement with Zayn Malik.

The source claimed, "Her close friends are totally relieved it's over so now she can move on."

"He's sure showing the real him now. He can be such a great, caring guy, but right now, he's losing all the good people around him who have been with him a long time and supported him from the beginning," the source continued.

Following the cheating rumors while performing in Thailand, Zayn Malik quit One Direction and ran to the arms of Perrie Edwards who took him in. The Little Mix singer also got a lot of heat as she took the blame for her former fiancé's decision to quit the band.
