A reunion of the Spice Girls members is totally happening, whether Victoria Beckham-also known as Posh Spice-is on board or not.
The Sun, as shared by Daily Mail reported, David Beckham's wife intends to focus on expanding her fashion brand rather join the Spice Girls reunion.
The source alleged, "There is a huge demand for the Spice Girls to get back together, especially with the nostalgia around the two-decade anniversary of their first release next summer."
"Mel B flew into London last month to secretly agree the plan with the other three girls. They should each make more than ten million pounds from this," the insider added.
During an appearance on the Today show on Aug. 4, Mel B confirmed that a Spice Girls reunion is in the plans.
"When you say it's our twentieth anniversary coming up, it does make you think, 'Oh, my gosh, it really has been that long." the former Scary Spice said. "Hopefully, we'll gather the troops around, and we'll get to do something to celebrate it next year. It's in my plan, I don't know about anybody else's."
She claimed that even if they are all doing their thing, with Mel B a regular at the "America's Got Talent" show, the girls remained close.
Mel B explained, "I've got so many great memories. I got to tour the world with four of my best friends -- even today we still all support each other. We like each other, and that's the most important part."
As for Victoria Beckham, The Sun claimed that she wished the rest of the girls good luck on their plan for a Spice Girls reunion.
"She is far too busy running her fashion brand and looking after her family to get back on a stage," the source said of David Beckham's wife. "She also feels that they left the stage on an amazing high with their Olympics performance and worries a reunion could tarnish their legacy."
