New Charlotte Hornets point guard Jeremy Lin apparently plays video games during breaks in practice and games, as Linsanity puts a fan in his place in a Twitter exchange.

Jeremy Lin was a guest commentator for the The International last Monday to give his opinion on the match between LGD Gaming and Team Empire.

"We learned that Lin plays more Dota than you even think, getting at least three sessions a week DURING the NBA season," said SB Nation. "Lin did a really good job, and clearly has a passion for the game. It was an awesome moment all around."

In the documentary "Free to Play 2 Dota 2" from Valve, Jeremy Lin was among those interviewed where he revealed when he started getting addicted to the game.

He said, "I started playing Dota 1 when I was a Sophomore in high school. I started playing Dota 2 when it came out and I've been playing it until now. Nowdays I actually don't play a lot, I've only played a couple times in the last month, but normally I'll play 2-3 times a week."

Linsanity also shared on Twitter a photo of him on the desk while discussing the match. The Charlotte Hornets point guard wrote, "Had a blast at @DOTA2 #ti5 analyst desk! The energy is insane! @MerliniDota @PaulChaloner @WinteRDota @7ckngMadDOTA."

Speaking of Twitter, the new Charlotte Hornets point guard had an epic response to a fan who criticized his play during a playoff match with the Portland Trail Blazers while Linsanity was still donning the Houston Rockets uniform.

The Twitter exchange started when Jeremy Lin wrote, "Im scared of Ronda Rousey..." and Brandon Augustine commented, "you're not scared of 4th quarter turnovers vs the Blazers."

To which Jeremy Lin replied, "Also not scared of scoring half my entire teams points in all the OTs combined in that series."
