Zayn Malik might have some obsession with text messaging. After earlier reports that he broke up with Perrie Edwards over text, the former One Direction member is now rumored to be texting Disney starlet Zendaya Coleman.

According to The Sun, per OK! Magazine, Zayn Malik has been texting a lot of ladies lately following his split from Perrie Edwards, however, "Zendaya is the most high-profile."

The source alleged, "He said they should get together as they both have a similar R&B vibe, and he's been talking about fashion as she's in London working with Vivienne Westwood."

"It's just chatting at the moment but his pals think they'll meet up and record something soon," it continued.

The Sun earlier claimed that the former One Direction member broke up with the Little Mix star over the phone.

The source claimed, "Perrie is one of the sweetest girls in the world and she's stood by him through thick and thin. But he ended their engagement with one text message and in the two weeks since there's been complete radio silence between them."

Also a source told Daily Mirror that after breaking up over a text message, Zayn Malik again reportedly demanded that Perrie Edwards leave their London home immediately.

"Zayn's adamant Perrie has to move her stuff out. She's in America, so her parents will probably have to do it while she's away," the source alleged.

Meanwhile, Perrie Edwards is trying to move forward from her split with Zayn Malik as she was snapped having a good time with her bandmates in Las Vegas.

"The 22-year-old singer's girly getaway comes after it was alleged that her ex-fiancé Zayn, also 22, has told her to move out of their North London lovenest as soon as possible, amid claims he has already set his sights on Disney starlet Zendaya," Daily Mail noted.
