Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck's divorce has been much reported since the ex-couple broke the news a few weeks ago.
There have been reports that Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck's split was caused by the actor's alleged womanizing, drinking, and gambling, pushing the "Alias" actress to end their 10-year relationship.
The ex-couple's marriage troubles may have caused some to speculate - is Jennifer Garner now regretting her decision to call it quits with her ex-husband Scott Foley and entertain a blooming relationship with her then "Daredevil" co-star Ben Affleck?
Daily Mail recounted the timeline of Jennifer Garner and Scott Foley's marriage, before they broke up and Jen got together with Ben Affleck.
"Jennifer and Scott, now 41, tied the knot in October 2000 after meeting on the set of television show Felicity - Scott was a series regular alongside Keri Russell from 1998 to 2002, and Jennifer guest starred in 1998.
"The actress is vague about what exactly led to the demise of their marriage, but perhaps it was her sudden fame after she was cast as lead Sydney Bristow in the hit show Alias, for which she won a Golden Globe Award in 2002.
"Jennifer and Ben, meanwhile, met on the set of their 2003 film Daredevil, and the pair married in June 2005."
ET Online earlier reported that Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck were spotted flirting in 2003, back when Jennifer was still married to Scott Foley and Ben was engaged to Jennifer Lopez.
Talking to Allure magazine in August 2013 about her failed marriage to Scott Foley, Jennifer Garner admitted that the "Scandal" star is a "good guy."
"We didn't have a shot," Jen said in the interview, as quoted by Daily Mail. "He's a really good guy, and we just imploded ... "Oh, he's a great guy. We were full-on grown-ups, but looking back I'm aware we did not know what hit us."
Scott Foley is now married to Marika Dominczyk, with whom he has three kids. Jennifer Garner also has three kids with Ben Affleck.
