Is Ariana Grande dating Justin Bieber?

The rumor popped up in recent days after Ariana Grande promoted Justin Bieber's "What do you Mean" track on her Instagram, joining other celebrities who also helped spread the word out, on Aug. 6.

"The part that has everyone buzzing is the caption where Ariana stated, 'Yes I have heard it and yes it is fantastic.' So, when did you hear it Ariana?" Celebrity Dirty Laundry noted.

"It hasn't been released yet, and they are still putting the final touches on it. Unless you have been having super secret hangout sessions with Justin Bieber - there is no way you could have just 'heard it.'' .

Previously, it was rumored that Justin Beiber and Ariana Grande were dating and the "Baby" singer was the reason for her split with Big Sean.

"Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber seem like they would make the perfect couple," CDL added.

Aside from Justin Bieber, the "Problem" singer was also reported to be dating Niall Horan of One Direction, which prompted Ariana Grande to post a long essay on her Instagram about the need for people to respect her as a woman.

"I meant what I said about not being Sean's ex is that I am tired of living in a world where women are mostly referred to as a man's past, present or future property or possession," she wrote. "I do not belong to anyone but myself and neither do you."

She continued, "I want people reading this to know that they are MORE THAN enough on their own. I want the media to please help me with this!!!!!! Please support each other."
