"Fancy" rapper Iggy Azalea knows just how to treat her boyfriend, Nick Young, while vacationing in her hometown of Australia.
Apparently, Iggy Azalea and Nick Young went on a date in Luna Park in Sydney on Tuesday. And when she found out it was close, she rented out the whole theme park for the day!
The "Fancy" rapper confirmed the report as the told the crowd on Wednesday at the Bonds event, "I rented Luna Park yesterday. I went there yesterday - I love Luna Park!"
She also clarified that she's not trying to be special owing to her celebrity status.
"I would've gone regularly but I didn't realize it's not open every day," Nick Young's girlfriend said. "I'd been talking about it so much to Nick and then when I actually looked to buy tickets for my whole group, I saw every day that I'm here it's not open and I didn't want him to not go."
However, Daily Mail noted that Nick Young was nervous about the trip to Australia because it was the first time he was to meet his fiancée's mother, Tanya Kelly.
"Iggy, 25, is close to her mother, who raised her in Mullumbimby in New South Wales, and appeared to enjoy herself as the pair rode the rollercoaster together," said the report. "Taking the hair-raising ride in turns, Iggy first shared a carriage with her mother, and with Nick, as well as riding solo."
After starting on the wrong foot (she initially thought he was obnoxious, along with other basketball players),the Los Angeles Lakers guard/forward proposed to Iggy Azalea on his 30th birthday.
Huffington Post reported, "Entrepreneur Karen Civil, who has close ties with the hip-hop industry, tweeted a video of the Los Angeles Lakers star shouting 'Will you marry me?' to Azalea while down on one knee.
"The Australian rapper responds: 'Yes!'"
