John Cena may be one of the toughest guys in the ring, but he also has one of the softest hearts in the entertainment industry.

According to the latest news about the WWE star, John Cena will be the first celebrity to grant 500 wishes for the group, Make-A-Wish.

"I just drop everything," John Cena reportedly said, as quoted by Access Hollywood. "If I can offer a fantastic experience, I'll be first in line to do my part ... They certainly deserve a day as a real kid."

Who will be the beneficiary of the John Cena's 500th wish?

"Rocco Lanzer, an 8-year-old boy from Queens, New York diagnosed in January with leukemia, will get ringside seats for the weekly "Raw" television show, among other things," the celebrity news website wrote.

According to the report, John Cena has been a very active supporter of Make-A-Wish foundation. In fact, he also made news for reaching former milestones in the foundation these past few years.

"Cena granted his first wish in 2004, about two years after his WWE debut," Access Hollywood added.

"As he soared toward the top of the wrestling world, so did his popularity with Make-A-Wish children. He granted his 300th wish in 2012 and hit 400 in 2014. He was the first celebrity to reach those milestones."

John Cena granting his 500th wish for the foundation is positive news for his fans, especially after he recently broke his nose against Seth Rollins.

John Cena's girl friend and "Total Divas" star, Nikki Bella, reportedly got the scare of her life because of the incident.

"When you see someone's nose on the side of their face, just gushing blood, and then when you love the guy and you care about him; I was just like, what's going on, why is he not coming back?" Nikki Bella told Fox Sports.

"But you know John's Superman. So he finished the match. But I was still scared and I stayed with him in the hospital that night. He had emergency surgery. I was his nurse all week."
