The news about Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck's split has been well-covered by celebrity websites and tabloids over the last couple of weeks.

According to previous news reports, Ben Affleck's alleged affair with their former nanny, Christine Ouzounian, was the final straw that pushed Jennifer Garner to file for divorce.

After 10 years of marriage and the turbulent relationship that they've allegedly had for the last couple of months, some may expect Jennifer Garner to take her time in moving on from her failed marriage.

However, a news report claimed that Ben Affleck's estranged wife is already dating someone new since the divorce announcement. The alleged rebound guy? Her "Alias" co-star Michael Vartan!

"Michael Vartan broke up with his wife this time last year so he's on the market and we know he and Jennifer Garner have great chemistry," Celeb Dirty Laundry reported.

It said, "Anyone who's seen them on 'Alias' - or canoodling while they were dating from 2003 to 2004, prior to Jennifer getting hitched to Ben Affleck - can see that their attraction was palpable. And this is not the first time she's turned to her ex sweetie."

The rumors claimed that Jennifer Garner cheating with Michael Vartan is old news to people in their circle.

"When Jennifer Garner's marriage to Scott Foley (Scandal, Felicity) back in 2003, she took up with her then-costar Michael Vartan who she already knew from the set of 'Alias.'

"There was also talk at the time that Garner had been hooking up with Vartan prior to her split from Scott Foley and that she was cheating with Vartan on set."

Despite their divorce, Jen and Ben allegedly continue to be civil towards each other for the sake of their three kids.

"After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to divorce" Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner said in joint statement announcing their divorce a couple of weeks ago, as quoted by Huffington Post.

"We go forward with love and friendship for one another and a commitment to co-parenting our children whose privacy we ask to be respected during this difficult time. This will be our only comment on this private, family matter. Thank you for understanding."
