Tyler Joseph, Twenty One Pilots' front man described ASAP Rocky as their "tastemaker." He told that Rocky was someone who was ahead of the game and knew where the next fad was going.

Flashing strobe lights amped up the drama, while the duo's rhymes struck the crowd like bolts of lightning. After their performance, the audience as enthusiastic as ever.

"When two of the biggest names in rock and rap (Twenty One Pilots and ASAP Rocky) get together, music magic like this just happens," Hollywood Life reported. Taylor Swift's "Wildest Dream" and "Bad Blood" duet with Nicki Minaj was also one of the standout performances at the 2015 MTV VMAs.
