While communicating with fans, director of the film Roland Emmerich has broken the news about completion of the movie via his official Instagram account. Ronald Emmerich's combined his excitement about wrapping up production through a picture of a twin rainbow captured in Mexico.

According to Movie Web, the entire production crew lauded the finishing of "Independence Day: Resurgence," saying that this movie will rise to a new level and will surprise fans. The look and feel of the movie will project the aliens to be technologically more advanced this time, movieweb.com reported.
