Newly signed Charlotte Hornets guard, Jeremy Lin, has proven that he still has a huge chip in his shoulder by working on his handles with The Professor, a legend in the streetball scene for his basketball wizardry.

A photo of Jeremy Lin and The Professor was posted on the streetballer's Instagram a week ago. He wrote, "Got some great work in today. @jlin7 was a pleasure to work with. Humble and hungry dude. #GotHandles #BallUp."

One fan wrote of Linsanity, "you're my inspiration bro and i wanna become just like you but keep doing what you're doing cause you're doing it great #gothandles."

Another said, "The professor teaches linsanity a trick or two!"

Jeremy Lin might be following the footsteps of Kobe Bryant who always feel that he's not above anybody to ask help from somebody else.

God Shammgod talked about the story where he taught a young Kobe Bryant about the crossover dribble, which helped the Los Angeles Lakers superstar become one of the greatest scorers of all time.

Aside from Shammgod, Kobe Bryant also sought former Houston Rockets great Hakeem Olajuwon to work on his post game.

But that's not the only thing that the Charlotte Hornets point guard is working on as his shooting coach Doc Scheppler to fine-tune his touch from the perimeter.

In an interview with Hoops Habit, Scheppler said, "We worked on his jump shot. Basically he was getting his shot off too slow. So we worked on speeding up his release."

'Another reason his shooting percentage was down last year was he got tired in games because he was putting too much power in his legs when he shot. We worked to correct that, too," he added on Jeremy Lin.

Jeremy Lin, who is looking to revive the Linsanity years in New York, signed a two-year deal with the Charlotte Hornets for a little more than $2 million annually.
