Newlyweds Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux were on a friendly date night with pal Sandra Bullock and her new boyfriend, Bryan Randall, on Saturday, Sept. 5, in Austin, Texas. The star couples were seen at Bullock's Bess Bistro, reported US Magazine.
"At first, I just saw Jennifer Aniston and then we looked again and saw all of them," fellow diner Rhonda Scott, a luxury real estate agent in L.A., told US Magazine. "They were in the corner by themselves. It seemed like she must have set that up that way because it was a nice, private table. ... It was very low-key, just two couples having a nice dinner."
"Justin and Jen were really close with each other, and Sandra and Bryan were really close. It was a really happy vibe. They seemed to be having a lot of fun together," added Scott whose table was next to the A-listers. Another fellow diner also noted that the couples were very affectionate and were holding hands throughout dinner.
The Hollywood four-some dined on shrimp and grits, and short ribs, but did not order dessert, according to US Magazine. Aniston, 46, sipped on one of the restaurant's specialty cocktails. Sandra Bullock, 51, went into the kitchen to say goodbye and to thank the staff for their service over the years since the place is closing down on Sep. 20, US Magazine reported. With Theroux leading the way, the group left the eatery around 9:30 p.m.
Aniston and Bullock became close after a dinner at mutual pal Gwyneth Paltrow's house last year. Bullock was invited to Aniston's hush-hush wedding with Theroux. Bullock brought her 49-year-old photographer boyfriend as her plus-one to the nuptials, reported by US Magazine.
Bullock and Randall started dating earlier this year after Randall photographed Bullock's son Louis' 5th birthday party. Randall, who has a daughter of his own, has spent time with the actress' young son. The couple were spotted on Sunday, Sept. 6, with her little boy at Bullock's other eatery, Walton's Fancy & Staple, also located in Austin, noted US Magazine.
