Britney Spears will extend her Las Vegas residency as the pop princess promised that she still has more to show to fans.
In an interview with E! News, Britney Spears said that she's not yet ready to end her Las Vegas residency.
"I just really, really love this show and this city. I'm so proud of the show, and my band, my dancers and my crew have all become such a family to me," she said. When it came down to me really having to make this decision, I just couldn't imagine ending my residency at the end of this year."
Britney Spears also said that she has some ideas up her sleeves that will surely surprise her fans, even those who already watched her "Pieces of Me" performances.
The "Baby One More Time" singer explained, "I definitely have some major changes planned. I'm getting together with my team this week to go over the set list, design some new costumes and dream up new props."
"There are a few songs that are fan favorites that I really want to add to the show. It's very exciting! If you haven't seen the current show yet, you should come out before the end of the year," the 33-year-old singer said.
But there's a good reason why Britney Spears is not leaving her Las Vegas residency anytime soon because of the amount of money she's raking in per week.
Britney Spears successfully negotiated to bump up her contract to $475,000 per show, just $1,000 less than top moneymaker Celine Dion, from the previous $310,000.
"Planet Hollywood actually added shows for Britney ... she'll now do 140 shows during the 2-year residency." TMZ reported. "Bottom line ... with all her ventures ... we're told EVERY WEEK, Britney's people deposit around 1 MILLION DOLLARS in her bank account."
