The High Court judge Mr. Justice Mostyn declared that financial information involved in the divorce case of rock star Liam Gallagher and his ex-wife Nichole Appleton will be kept a secret.
Mr Justice Mostyn said that most of the financial affairs of the couple would be kept under wraps since Gallagher and Appleton are forced to provide them on the note of privacy. Judge Martin O'Dwyer would be delivering the ruling on the case later this year.

According toTelegraph, the judge said that "Most of the financial information will have been compulsorily extracted and is subject to the implied undertaking, which is the bedrock of the right to privacy. I have explained, collaterally binds the observing journalists, and where I find no good reason to release them from its effect."
The 43-year-old Gallagher who was a member of the renowned band "Oasis" and "All saints" singer Appleton were photographed when they arrived for a hearing before the Judge O'Dwyer. Meanwhile Mr Justice Mostyn said that his order doesn't restrict media from reporting "evidence or submissions" other than financial affairs during hearing of their divorce case before the Judge O'Dwyer.

The judge also noted that media is free to report on Gallagher's clothing company called Pretty Green named after a song by "The Jam" and his house in North London. The judge noted on written ruling reporting that "If the parties are well-known it seems to me that the press must be able to identify them and the fact that they are engaged in ancillary relief proceedings," reported In Cyprus.
He added, just like any other case this divorce case will also be published in the cause list and the couple will be seen coming in and leaving the court. The court will not ban the press' publication of any of the facts related to divorce and impending ancillary relief that are subjects of the press reports.
