The 20th Busan International Film Festival kicked off with great fanfare, despite heavy rain and wind. Top K-Drama stars made their way down a dampened red carpet, but their positive attitudes exuded rays of light on the event.

On October 1, OSEN published coverage of the red carpet procession, highlighting notable appearances by EXO's Suho, Ji Soo, along with actresses Go Ah Sung and Park Bo Young.

Go was present at the festival to support her critically-acclaimed film, "Office." The 23-year-old starlet was notably stunning in a fitted, black full-length gown that was punctuated by side cutouts.

Her appearance during the event follows the success of the 2015 melodrama, "Heard It Through the Grapevine," where she delivered nuanced acting as Seo Bum, a poor, 18-year-old mother who marries into a wealthy family.

Park Bo Young, who recently made her return to acting with her role in "Oh My Ghost," was stunning a champagne-hued bubble gown. The dress was complimented with an upswept chignon.

"Yong Pal" star Chae Jung Ahn captured the attention of bystanders with her strapless blue gown, which featured an accentuated bodice.

Other notable appearances include Son Eun Seo, who recently appeared in the KBS2 family series, "The Eccentric Daughter-In-Law."

Jung Woo Seung and Lee Jung Jae regally reigned over the precession with stylish tuxedos. K-pop fans were thrilled by the presence of EXO's Suho, who made a grand entrance with the cast of "Glory Days," which included "Sassy, Go Go" star Ji Soo.

Song Kang Ho and Afghan actress, Marina Golbahari, served as the opening ceremony hosts. Song is noted for his roles in blockbuster hits like "The Face Reader" and "The Attorney." He recently led the cast of the breakout period flick, "The Throne."

Golbahari is a notable film star who is best known for her role in the 2003 Afghan film, "Osama." She is the second foreign star to host the opening ceremony.

The 20th Busan International Film Festival will be held from October 1 through October 10.
