After a lengthy silence, Bobby Brown finally pinned the blame on Nick Gordon the death of his daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown.
Through his lawyer, Christopher Brown, the former New Directions singer said in a statement, "In regards to the civil litigation, we believe we know who harmed Bobbi Kristina Brown and his name is Nick Gordon."
The lawyer took note of Nick Gordon's inconsistencies as the 22-year-old withdrew its motion to dismiss the $40-million civil suit filed by the family in connection to the alleged theft on Bobbi Kristina Brown's estate as well as allegations of domestic violence.
"I am not shocked at the withdrawal, as we must keep in mind that Gordon filed a lawsuit to remove Bobby Brown as Bobbi Kristina's guardian, only to withdraw that lawsuit in DeKalb County Probate Court once he was served with a deposition notice," the lawyer added.
"He could have pressed forward with that lawsuit and told us under oath what he believed happened to Bobbi Kristina, but he chose to go in another direction."
Nick Gordon, through his lawyer, already denied being involved in Bobbi Kristina Brown's death.
Previously, Leolah Brown wasn't as diplomatic in her accusations that Nick Gordon had a hand in Bobbi Kristina Brown's death.
In an interview with Inside Edition, she said that the death of Bobbi Kristina Brown was no accident.
"I will never believe this was an accident... I believe that somebody killed my niece, just like they killed her mother. I don't know who actually murdered Whitney," she said.
Just like Whitney Houston, who was found drowning in the bathtub in her Beverly Hills hotel, Bobbi Kristina Brown was also found by Nick Gordon faced-down in a bathtub in January this year. She spent some time in coma before expiring in late July.
"Nick murdered Bobbi Kristina," Leolah Brown aded. "When Nick gets arrested, I think everything will fall like dominoes."
