Justin Bieber was reportedly seen smoking weed during a New Zealand performance, and Selena Gomez found herself being tied to her ex as she's the alleged reason why the "What Do You Mean" singer is spiraling out of control.

"Justin Bieber has fallen off the wagon -- at least for a night -- because it appears he was smoking weed onstage ... one of the drugs that led to his DUI arrest and downward spiral," TMZ claimed.

It added, "Justin was performing in New Zealand with Rae Sremmurd, when he lit up a joint and puffed away. He also took a big swig from a bottle of Hennessy."

A source told Naughty Gossip that Justin Bieber is indeed falling off the wagon after promising to turn his life around and concentrating on his music.

"He is falling apart again," the source alleged. "He promise to clean up his act and return to the old Justin, but he just cannot help himself. This isn't going to end well."

According to CDL, some fans just won't stop blaming Selena Gomez for Justin Bieber again throwing his career aside.

"While some fans are blaming his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez for his behavior, since she won't stop talking about their break-up in interviews, Justin insists that he is completely over her and recently revealed in an interview of his own that he is dating somebody new," it said.

In a previous interview, however, Justin Bieber appears to be still reeling from the Selena Gomez split.

"I'm a relationship type of guy," he told Australia's KIIS FM. "I love to be in love, love cuddling. I love all that stuff. But I got my heart broken. I'm just trying to let that heal up."

Although the "What Do You Mean" singer did not name any names, Justin Bieber only had one serious relationship and that's with Selena Gomez.
