In "D-Day" Kim Young Kwang saved a patient that was almost dying.
On the 5th episode of the JTBC Friday/Saturday drama "D-Day" (director Jang Yong Woo, script Hwang Eun Kyung) broadcast on October 2nd, Lee Hae Sung (played by Kim Young Kwang) saved the life of a patient. With that, this was a patient that Han Woo Jin (played by Ha Suk Jin) had given up on and Lee Hae Sung took over the surgery.
On this day, Lee Hae Sung talked to Han Woo Jin who was opposing a surgery. To him he said, "I will finish in an hour without any bleeding happening." With that, he returned to the surgery room. Han Woo Jin went into the surgery room where Lee Hae Sung was leading. With that, he opposed the manner in which he was leading the surgery and took the lead. Nonethleess, Lee Hae Sung didn't give the scalpel. In the end, they had to use damage control (described as a method where you could treat things that could be directly relevant to life).
After finishing the surgery, Han Woo Jin said to Lee Hae Sung, "You may think that all what surgery is is to take out the cancer cells by the roots. Nonetheless, you just have to save this life."
