In "D-Day" was Lee Hae Sung just in a show?

On the JTBC Friday/Saturday drama "D-Day" (director Jang Yong Woo, script Hwang Eun Kyung) broadcast on October 2nd, Lee Hae Sung (played by Kim Young Kwang) went into Min Chul's surgery room. This was the surgery that Han Woo Jin (played by Ha Suk Jin) had given up.

At this, Han Woo Jin (played by Ha Suk Jin) walked intot he surgery room. Han Woo Jin said, "I came to see the end of your hopelessness. You said within a year of surgery and no bleeding?" he mocked. He said, "if you're going to open it up like this, then you have to save him. A doctor that has a scalpel, it's not enough that you just have the will. You need to speak with results."

Lee Hae Sung said, "Please wait. The result. I'm the leading doctor. If you can't watch then just leave" he said. In the middle Han Woo Jin and Lee Hae Sung had a huge verbal fight too.

After the surgery went on for about 59 minutes, Lee Hae Sung said that the surgery was going to be over. Ahn Dae Gil (played by Lee Sung Yeol) said, "Damage control. I read about it in books." With that, he could not shut his mouth.
