Apple launched a new Twitter account solely devoted to assissting the Apple Music subscribers to get answers to their inquiries that are not found in the troubleshooting section of the company's website. The account is operative for all seven days of the week between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. PT (9AM to 11PM ET).

The three months of free Apple Music trials are over and Apple is on its way to fetch in new subscribers and retain the existing ones to expand its customer base. The company had posted a set of Apple Music questions tutorials on its YouTube account lately, picturing core features of their music service.
"Tweet your questions to @AppleMusicHelp. We're ready to assist Mon-Sun from 6am-8pm PDT" states the Apple Music account on Twitter, reported MacRumors.
Launching Apple Music questions help account is one way Apple intends to grow its reach on Twitter. Earlier, the company added a new component of the Apple Music streaming service with a Twitter account exclusively meant for songs and shows presently broadcasting on Beats 1. In addition to it, Apple now opened a new Twitter account intended for the popular space of iOS gaming enabling free interaction between App store editors and game developers.

Plenty of problems have been reported by Apple Music users including misplaced songs, mixed up playlists, wrong album song toning, bugs, etc lately.
According to The Verge, the company is lending active support to the users experiencing problems with Apple Music. They are requesting the users to "Direct Message" the details of the device they are playing music on and the specification of problems they are encountering, straight into the Twitter account.
