Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris to sue over 'split' rumors
Harris, 31, threatened legal action to be taken over infidelity rumors. He is denying the accusations held on him by some media reports for being disloyal and the reason behind the false break-up. "It's not going to be a 'happy ending' for everyone I sue for defamation of character for all these bulls--- stories bye bye," Harris posted on Twitter, on Monday, October 12, reported BBC.
Swift confirmed her support by favoring the tweet. However the present scenario suggests that the relationship status of Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris has not changed a bit.
Taylor's pal Selena Gomez, 23, who was surprised to hear the reports on Monday morning, seconds their unchanged relationship status on US radio that she would have definitely known if the two had really split up. Swift's publicist, Tree Paine too denied the reports on twitter and asked people to not believe such rumors. The couple that has been dating each other since March topped the Forbes list of 2015. They were ranked the highest-paid celebrity pair with a combined profit of $146 million.
The couple were in news since they were spotted holding hands on a date in April. They took their relationship to the next level in May by kissing and hugging on Swift's winning night at Billboard Music Awards.
