One of the members of the English boys' band "Union J," George Shelley has signed up to be a part of this year's cast of 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!' As the names of the celebrities participating in the show are being announced progressively, Shelley is the latest addition.
The 22 year old singer is part of four boys' band, Union J, formed on the X-Factor. The other three group members include Josh Cuthbert, JJ Hamblett and Jaymi Hensley. Shelley is said to be eagerly looking forward to participate in the adventure reality game show. With the band group struggling recent days, Shelley wants to develop his persona and create a score on his own.

''It's an amazing opportunity for George," said a source close to the story. The group [Union J] has floundered a bit, so it's important for him to make a mark on his own.''
"He hopes I'm A Celeb will give him a chance to show there's more to him than just being a boy band member," added the source, according to Mirror.

With the reality TV show line- up being revealed gradually, Duncan Bannatyne is one of the other participants with Shelley, reported TV3. The other celebrities rumoured to emerge on the show are Vicky Pattison, James Arthur, Stephanie Davis, Louis Walsh and Spencer Matthews.
'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!' is a reality TV game show series which is set in a jungle environment. Around 12 celebrity contestants live together in the forest ambience for few weeks, with no luxuries. They are passed through a series of tasks ranging from facing the creepy crawlies to tackling world's most dangerous animals.
Shelley is to move to Australian jungle in November for this year's show.
