After ongoing rumors and release of Zelda franchise remakes, Nintendo revealed "Twilight Princess" will be released for Wii U in 2016.
Taking on the official name, "Legend Of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD," the video game is developed by Tantalus, an Australian game-maker. Fans are eagerly awaiting to see its updated graphics.
Apart from better visual graphics, the improved version of "Twilight Princess will be bundled with a new Wolf Link Amiibo, which will support other Legend of Zelda Amiibo characters like Zelda, Toon Link and Ganondorf.
"When an evil darkness enshrouds the land of Hyrule, a young farm boy named Link must awaken the hero - and the animal - within," Nintendo's website said about gameplay.
"When Link travels to the Twilight Realm, he transforms into a wolf and must scour the land with the help of a mysterious girl named Midna. Besides his trusty sword and shield, Link will use his bow and arrows by aiming with the Wii Remote controller, fight while on horseback and use a wealth of other items, both new and old."
Reggie Fils-Aime, the president of Nintendo said updates saved from Amiibo from the "Twilight Princess HD" would eventually convert into something positive for the "The Legend Of Zelda."
The projected release date of "Twilight Princess HD" coincides with the 30th anniversary of the "Legend Of Zelda." "Twilight Princess HD" is the thirteenth installment in the series.
The HD version of the "The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess" will be unveiled on March 4, 2016 world-wide with a release in Japan slated for March 10, 2016, according to Nintendo executives, the Christian Post reported.
