Sandra Bullock, Hollywood actress, has revealed that she has adopted a three-year-old baby girl, Laila, according to People.
Sandra has featured on the cover page of the "People Magazine" with her two children, Louis and Laila. The family photographs were taken by her present beau, Bryan Randall.
She also opened up about the details for keeping the adoption process a secret, in an interview with the magazine's sources. Laila has been adopted from a foster care in Louisiana and now lives with "The Blind Side" actress in her Beverly Hills apartment.
According to E Online, Sandra said that she wanted to keep her newly adopted daughter away from the media glare until she felt confident to show her off in public.
"I knew she was scared and all I wanted was for her to know Louis and I weren't going anywhere," said Sandra, Hollywood Life reported. "Once she felt safe, that personality exploded. Seems stand-up comedy is in her future,"
She also mentioned that Laila had experienced some rough patches before her adoption. So, "The Gravity" actress wanted to keep her as safe as possible, till adoption process was complete.
"You feel it's very much like witness protection," expressed Sandra, as quoted by The Daily Mail. "When I look at Laila, there's no doubt in my mind that she was supposed to be here. I can tell you, absolutely, the exact right children came to me at the exact right time,"
Sandra also told that, it was because of Louis, she has adopted another baby girl. Louis compelled the actress to adopt a sibling for him.
Earlier, Sandra had adopted Louis after her divorce from actor Jesses James. The ex-couple was in middle of the adoption process for Louis, when they split-up. The actress went ahead with the adoption.
When Sandra was asked about remarriage, she said she was more concerned with her desire to lead a happy and committed life trying to capture as many as memories she can.
