Japanese game developer, Capcom has recently confirmed that the second installment of the action horror game Resident Evil 2 will be newly developed altogether, according to IGN.

The horror fiction game will be developed right from the scratch to make it a different version than its earlier game. The second part of the game will consist of new gameplays and plots and promises gamers of a total thrilling experience.

Game Rant said, earlier, Capcom termed the action adventure game, as a remastered version of the first installment in its most recent financial reports.

Stuart Turner, senior marketing director of Capcom took the matter to his Twitter page to clarify all the doubts regarding the game. He confirmed the news that Resident Evil 2 will undergo development again and will not be just a graphically improved version of the previous installment.

Yoshiaki Hirabayashi, Japanese video game and anime series supervisor, is the producer of the new remake version of the horror fiction.

"We at R&D Division 1 will do our best to take on your feedback and deliver the gameplay experience you've been waiting for," said Yoshiaki, reported Video Gamer.

Capcom has earlier released the remastered installments of the games like, "Devil May Cry 4 HD Remaster, Resident Evil HD Remaster and DMC Remastered with the upcoming remastered edition of Resident Evil Zero."

Recently released Resident Evil 6, third-person shooter video game by Capcom, received mixed reviews from the action game lovers. With the overall remake of the second installment of the Resident evil gaming series, Capcom is under tremendous pressure to live up to the expectations of all the players, reported IGN.

The upcoming game will be available on all the gaming consoles like Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. The release date of "Resident Evil 2" is not yet confirmed by the company officials.
