Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson will not be seen together in movies ever after as the actress is fed up of the "Twilight" "showmance" already.
Kristen Stewart refused to work with her "Twilight" co-star Robert Pattinson as she regrets about the relationship she had with the actor for quite a long time. The duo that met in the "Twilight" set were dating each other until their relationship hit rock bottom in the wake of the actress' infidelity.
Stewart and Pattinson broke up as the actress was found cheating on the 29-year-old actor with the "Snow White and The Huntsman" film director Rupert Sanders, reported Reality Today.
Stewart who felt extremely guilty about cheating on Pattinson was devastated by the way her fans made her appear like a "villain" that spoiled the actor's life completely. It was also rumored that the actress was never really into Pattinson and her relationship stunt was merely to remain in the limelight. Another scoop was that, she had feelings for Alicia Cargile, her personal assistant who was madly in love with her.
"Without the help of a showmance, Kristen's appeal waned drastically... [Is] her fan base just [not] strong enough without the charm of Pattinson to balance her teenage angsty attitude?" noted an unnamed source, according to Movie News Guide.
Meanwhile, Stewart said during an interview with Diva magazine that she wants to choose roles the way her instinct guides her. She also added that she is very keen about not going for blockbuster movies instead concentrate on smaller projects that would satisfy her "artistically." The actress also noted that once a person's career reaches a certain level they shoulder a lot of responsibilities that makes them feel their life is not their own anymore.
"Pattinson would be a fool to return to a [movie] set with Stewart, but [she] likes to give the impression that she refuses to work with him. Instead, Stewart asserts that the reasoning for the lack of blockbuster she wants to focus on the art," added the source.
