During his interview and photo shoot for the November issue of "InStyle" magazine, young actor Yeo Jin Goo, who played the lead role in "Hwai: The Child Who Swallowed A Monster", talked about growing up and wanting to remain a child.
Despite already making a mark in the world of acting at the young age of 16, he proves that he is no different from the students of his age. He began the interview by stating that, "My midterm examinations are over now."
He admitted, "I would rather that people don't consider me as an adult yet. I'm still very young and I don't want to pretend to be an adult. It'll come naturally in the future."
On his acting, Yeo Jin Goo shows his honestly and passion when portraying his role, despite being a young actor. He said, "Instead of acting cool, I want to honestly portray the role in the way I should. If I do this, people would become more interested in watching my movies and dramas."
Meanwhile, he also expressed his thoughts on growing up too fast during his interview for KBS's "Entertainment Relay". He shared, "To be honest, I hit puberty pretty early, around the first year of middle school, so my deep voice became a complex. Some people even thought that I was in my mid-twenties. I'm worried that they might make me play father roles even when I'm still in my twenties."
He also added, "I don't have a phone because my number got leaked online. I just got rid of it in the end."
