Yoo Jung Mi and Gong Yoo to Star in "Kim Ji Young Born 1982" Film Adaptation

The book was released in the year of 2016 and this year, 2019 fans were really excited that the book will be made into life through great artists such as Yoo Jung Mi and Gong Yoo.

A teaser poster of the film was released and it shows the female main character, Jung Mi, staring at the camera with a calm eyes and a half smile. The sunlight from the right side gave off the brilliant aura of the actress as it reflects to the brown cardigan and shirt of Yoo.

The film, based on the top-selling book will features the story of Ji young, played by Jung Mi, who is going to show the reality of being a daughter, a wife, workmate and as a mother. Jung Mi is expected to portray the emotions of a lady who will going to show the pain and difficulties a woman undergo after being a wife and as well as bearing a child.

On the other hand, the popular actor who starred in "Goblin" Gong Yoo, will play the role of Dae Hyun, who will going to show support and anxiousness as his wife suffers her own pains.

The film will revolve around the story of Kim Ji Young who works as a PR but has to quit her job after getting married and giving birth to her daughter. She will then acts like a possessed lady after starting to talk like her mother, her older sister and other people. The movie will be directed by director Kim Do Young and the writer of the book the film was adapted is Writer Jo Nam Joo.

Meanwhile, the actress and actor already starred together in other films including, "Silenced" and "Train to Busan".

Fans and supporters of the artists were already anticipating the reunion of the two as well as the undying chemistry Jung Mi and Gong Yoo will bring to the big screen again.

"Kim Ji Young Born 1982" film is confirmed and set to have its premiere in October in the cinemas and theater house.
