MBC's new Wednesday-Thursday series "People with Flaw," directed by Oh Jin-Seok and written by An Shin-Yoo, which will be led by Ahn Jae Hyun as Lee Kang-Woo and also starred by Lim Hyun Tae, is a romantic comedy-drama in which a woman with a strong disliking on flower boys and a man with an obsessive look overcome each other's terrible looks with prejudice and misunderstanding as they meet their true love.
Lee Kang-Woo is a handsome character in the drama, who enjoys being the center of attention from his surroundings. This appeared to become something that Lee Kang-Woo does to come back to the people who maltreated him for his appearance. Since the moment he has been fixing himself up to look handsome, he became obsessed with his appearance. Joo Seo-Yeon, to be played by Oh Yeon-Seo is an enthusiastic P.E. teacher and her character does not like handsome men, as she had gone through serious circumstances because of her handsome siblings. Her ideal guy is closer to normal. Lee Kang-Woo and Joo Seo-Yeon happen to meet and they initially argue about everything, but they develop romantic feelings for each other.
During the play, Lim Hyun-Tae will play the role of idol trainee named Han Jung-Ho and he is supposed to be a good singer which should be well enough to be called a voice genius. But then, he is often frustrated with his debut to become a singer due to his lack of looks, and he's worried if he will make a turbulent debut, drawing anticipation from his performance in the upcoming film.
Lim Hyun-Tae has garnered praise from many audiences for his outstanding acting skills not only through dramas such as MBC's every1 drama "Boarding House 24th St.," The Web drama "The Success Story of Novice Shaman Gong," "Absolutely Perfect Man" and "My Little Keyboard," and also through "Twenty." Recently, he appeared as a character of Kwon Jun-woo in the SBS drama "King of Hip-hop," showing a unique presence, drawing keen attention to what he will do in "People with Flaws."
Meanwhile, MBC's new series "People with Flaws," is set to air in November that will take over the timeslot of the drama 'Extraordinary You.'
