Actor Kim Soo Hyun may be starring in a new drama, "Psycho But It's Ok". On October 17th, one source reported that Kim is going to appear on tvN's "Psycho But It's Ok".
In regards to this news, Kim's agency Awesome ENT said, "'Psycho But It's Ok' is one of the dramas he is considering." tvN's related person also said that his appearing is under review, and the drama release is also in the process of review.
'Psycho But It's Ok' is a fantasy romance of a storybook writer who lives in a psychiatric ward and also suffers from an antisocial personality disorder. It was written by Jo Yong of "Jugglers" and produced by PD Park Shin Woo of "Don't Dare to Dream (Jealousy Incarnate)".
Kim Soo Hyun will play the role of Moon Kang Tae if he accepts the offer. Moon in the drama is a community health worker blessed with everything including a handsome appearance, intellect, emotional stability, stamina and more.
Kim Soo Hyun debuted through the MBC sitcom "Kimchi Cheese Smile" in 2007, was spotlighted by starring in the SBS drama "Will it snow for Christmas?". He has grown into a top actor by appearing in dramas Dream High, Moon Embracing the Sun, My Love from the Star, and movies of The Thieves, and Secretly Greatly.
Kim joined the mandatory military service in October 2017. He is considering the next drama after his discharge from the service in July 2019. Kim made a cameo in the tvN's "Hotel DeLuna" epilogue last September and has attracted attention.
