Shin Min-ah is back for the upcoming Season 2 of her Korean drama project "Chief of Staff" that will be aired almost four months after the successful wrap up of its first season in July.
She said, "In Chief of staff 2, Sun-young will show various emotions such as sadness and suspicion, betrayal, anger toward someone." "But Sunyoung is a subjective character who doesn't retreat because of fear or depends on other people's thoughts when she encounters a certain situation."
"As in Season 2, Kang Sun-young is as confident and subjective as in Season 1. However, I hope you will support Sun-young, who is more mature and stronger through many events." Implying that, for the upcoming season, fans and supporters of the legal drama should expect a transition of the character of her and some changes.
Meanwhile, she also talked about the relationship between her character and the male lead Lee Jung Jae (played by Jang Tae Joon ) who is her partner in the drama. She shared how the relationship of the two from being lovers, will also be tested despite the intense scenes from the drama, that will add up to the anticipation of the viewers.
"In Chief of staff 2, there is a crisis between them, and a variety of feelings, such as faith and betrayal are coming and going. Please watch what happens between them."
"Chief of staff" is well received on its last season two not only because of the characters but also because of the unpredictable storyline. Fans were curious about what kind of bombs will going to explode for Season 2, and what will be the strategy of the characters to defeat the force of Song hee seob (portrayed by Kim Kap Soo) who is the antagonist of the drama.
On the other hand, before the end of the actress interview, she asks for support from everyone saying,
" I hope you can watch Tae Joon, who became a member of the National Assembly from a competent aide, and Sun-young's progress in pain and trial, crisis and threat."
